I really don't think the small gyrations of gold price has any great effect on non gold producers atm. The voodoo gurus as well as the fundamentalists all seem to believe that gold will see higher highs over the next 12 months and be there for a few years. DOW up nearly 300 pts though gives market sentiment a boost which I think it more relevant to the shorter term.
