I don't actually believe that. Im not sure why anyone thinks resolution 5 was written in if they don't believe it is going to be actioned.

Resolution 5 of the general meeting states that 300,000,000 shares can be issued in the next three months, above the 15% placement capacity (which can include a few hundred million more shares).

I'd only be happy here with an institutional investor CR at far above current sp levels to be achieved at A-K finalization.
