Afternoon @debono Delays and frustration ( Par for the course )
Jason Brewer will be Bending over backwards to get the deals done and keep all parties happy . Just dealing with the lawyers for all the concerned parties OMG Government , Queazy Government , Private , you name it , they are all involved ! And all with there own legal teams !

And then there are the Landowners , The Families of landowners , The Families of Families of landowners Lol. The people Jason Brewer will be dealing with here ( Unless you have done it before ) can not even be imagined !

Anyway , If this was easy , every man and his dog would be there doing it !
