Once DD is finalized they really need to outline a path to production to really get the ball rolling. I'm assuming they would already have the plant designed and engineered? Would have to finalize plans and then start putting it all together? I wonder how far away is the cloest batch plant or would they build one on site or just employee locals, byo wheel barrow and get mixing
