If the acquisitions were finalised beyond that of just a great story, how on earth could you value such a world class resource (an estimated 11.2M oz.) of near-term production at only 2.2c? Have a look at VEC's peers who hold a resource of that size, how could the market value VEC anywhere in the 2c range? The current SP is in my opinion undervalued right now, even before the likely signing of JV docs.
