The SOI was my initial concern also however you are correct about liquidity. The majors want to be able to get in and out as required which means bigger buyers so the shares on issue get soaked up. My old rule of thumb was not to buy anything over 1b as it also allowed for cap raises with out serious dilution. However when such a major play as this with all that equipment and multiple opportunities for revenue has there ducks lines up with line of credit and known resources I find it difficult not to see VEC with several hundred million $ MC not 30 odd million. Of course that is just how I see it
