VCM shares have been languishing at around $1 for a few weeks now, so management have decided to boost them with a buyback.
"VeCommerce Limited (ASX:VCM), a global leader in the provision of natural language speech recognition (NLSR) and voice enabled e-commerce solutions, has announced that the Directors of the company have resolved to implement an on-market share buy-back to acquire up to 10 per cent of the company's issued share capital (up to 1,255,754 ordinary shares).
