VR1 has been touting its client list since backdoor listing. They also announced a deal with JMC/ Dell which delivered very little, if any, revenue. VR1 have subsequently acquired JMC. Why? I would have thought JMC was Vr1’s access to Dell. JMC was a Dell reseller. The JMC acquisition hasn’t been adequately explained, imv. It seems to me that the wax heads are using VR1 to buy ‘revenue’ and clean some money. I could be wrong.
For all of VR1’s clients pre recent acquisitions, there is very little revenue to support the underlying business, imv.
