Should add that when the takeover was announced in August the document stated:
"Vectis currently has a relevant interest in 19.73% of Espreon shares".
The recent annual report shows 18.7m Vectis shares, 18.6 with with Hunter Hall and 6.3m with Thorney P/L.
There's been only 1 trade so far today (6/11/08) at $0.35 for 10000 shares and a small cross at 42c.
What options do you think Vectis now have? Surely they couldn't find a buyer for their 18m shares and must be below water on their original investment.
This really is hard ball!
