Profit - Yes (and growing)
People - the majority shareholders run the company, and have been responsible for a significant turnaround before and since covid times. Additional senior management have been added recently to oversee the growing business across all divisions. The Company has been developing its labour force with increased focus on apprenticeships to supplement skill base requirements, which is quite specific.
Product - diverse, and growing. But the 2 main divisions - propellers and gyrostabilisers expected to be substantial contributors to future earnings. Defence could spring a big lift in earnings as well with certain announcements possible in coming months.
Price action - speaks for itself.
Pending news - sea trial results of the Sharrow by Veem propellers expected soon. This could lead to a significantly higher margin propeller division into the future. Defence announcements possible. Increased gyro contracts possible through Strategic Marine.
