Hi all.
Not much discussion on this stock and I was surprised to see VEE doesn't have a chart thread at all, especially odd given how interesting the chart is.
Four out of the last six years, VEE has dropped to around 37.5c around the end of the financial year and in all of those cases it has bounced to around 60c or above within about two months (excluding this one, but we're less than a week into the new financial year, and we have already bounced off the low).
It's rare to find such a consistent pattern, a reliable quadruple bottom, especially in a dividend-paying stock with fairly solid financials which should prevent us from dropping below the extremely strong support level.
I can't really see us rallying to previous highs over $1.40 in a hurry, but at around 40-45c it seems like a good deal, and a fantastic entry point based on the technicals. Decent short and long term returns at extremely low risk at the current price.
