Our daughter has put in a request for vegetarian Cornish Pasties and Vegetarian Shepherds Pie in take away containers to fill their freezer.
Nailed the Pasties last night with 2 different recipes and they are frozen already.
Does anyone have a killer vege shepherds pie recipe? I was going to mix the toppings ... one traditional mash, another a sweet potato mash and also a cauliflower/broccoli mash.
We're heading to Canberra next weekend with the frozen rations.
