I freestyled on one of the recipes to create visual and texture with a "meat substitute" lol. Oven baked coarsely sliced mushrooms, then diced, then allowed to "dry" a bit more by leaving in the oven for a while as it cooled down ... visually and texture wise a bit like pieces of coarse mince.
