Some valid points but a few queries..
- High grade yes but exactly how much Graphite is contained in these veins, whats the Jorc tonnage
- What is the strip ratio (Assume a lot of waste)
- What volumes can they output per year in terms of tonnage.
- Given you have to move a lot of dirt to get to vein what are the likely all in total cost per ton to port
- Versus very large scale open cut graphite mines with simple flotation methods ...vein it would seem is very expensive to mine , I presume all ore is at surface and they do not need to go underground (if so additional costs)
- My understanding it that current mining methods are inefficient/labour intensive (ie,limited mechanisation) some is even dug out by hand if so...very low tonnage likely
- Some Graphite has been refined to 99.96 % Purity (In Canada I think) how does this stack up against BBR Vein ore
- Sovereign risk - what is the current state of political unrest /terrorist activity in Sri Lanka
Just queries at this stage to get a full picture
