Qantas's recent rise (40c) was on the back of 200+ million shares. The recent fall (25c) is 25+ million. IMO this is just a correction that coincided with
a) Merger news that everyone already knew was doomed.
b) Another SARS case which the WHO already predicted.
A third piece of bad news (Munch's theory) is also worth considering. However, If you believe this is inevitably close, I suggest you pull all your money out of the market now as all shares will be affected.
Commentators tend to find reasons for a share prise rise/fall.
IMO, this is a correction that (excluding munch's theory), will see Qantas, at worst, correct to mid to high teens.
Balls on the line, lets see how I go. Lookin for a close above 325 today.
