The option is the only part of this raising that has been done well (and in my opinion it has been done really well). The 5m raised should give us at a minimum another year of cash burn, but provided revenue is increasing at all the funds raised should last even longer. The thing is 1 option for every 2 shares at 6c (2x the price of the new shares) means that if over the course of the next 12-24 months they can get the price stable above 6c and thus guarantee the conversion of the majority of the options, this provides the company with another $5m. This raise whilst handled poorly should be the last we ever see. Now I just hope to see the boys and girls getting down to business.
