Part of VEN's funding was a loan deal for 10 Million .
I think it was only to be used in the Cooper Basin but would need to check and the deal came with attached warrants as well .
MEL could possible go for a loan deal too .
I think that the MELOA's are very low chance of being exercised unless a surprise eventuates but it would have to be very good and soon .
There is some uncertainty to the timing of the three indicated wells to be drilled in VEN's Announcement but a cap raise before first gas revenue is likely .
