To answer this simply regal funds underwrote the spp last year that fell very short due to the sp being smothered below the spp offer price leading to them picking up a huge parcel which they then only recently unloaded relentlessly on market crushing the price as you will see on the chart. Without this happening i believe we would be near double the current market cap.
