I hope that anyone thinking of voting for extreme left parties like the greens are watching what is happening in poor old Venezuela.

Under a socialist government everything is falling apart even though it has the third richest oil deposits in the world.

180% inflation. Electricity only 2 days a week. No factories working. People starving. Hospitals can't help people because drugs and equipment are being stolen.
......and no toilet paper.

Yes - this is extreme but utopian fairy stories only come true in books and songs, imo.

PS I can't imagine anyone in the ME wants to seek refuge in Venezuela.
