Its the sanctions and stealing of their gold reserves.

Venezuela is NOT poor. It has the biggest reserve in oil and that is what others want from them. These pressures are intended to cause regime change, so the preferred candidate gets into power.

Nothing about the people. Its about the Multi national Corporations who would make hundreds of billions.

Note, if sanctions was NOT imposed and if their oil tankers aren't seized in the middle of the ocean, their country would generate enough income like the Saudis, the UAE, the Qataris, the Kuwaitis, etc etc etc.
