I'm not disputing what you are saying by any means. I was just pointing out that there is a lack of detail in the Ventia update on their website, which is the case. It could have been a major issue and be all resolved, or it could have been a minor issue and be all resolved. I'm not questioning at all whether it's resolved. I believe you. I'm questioning what the issues actually were, since there is no detail about them in the update. That's all.
In any case, it's great to hear that it's almost all resolved and everything is working well. Sounds like the IT guys have got onto it straight away and had it sorted out a lot more efficiently than some companies do.
