    From Indicative price range A$2.75 – $3.15 per Security to a new issue price of A$1.70 per share

    The indicative price range represents:
    Market capitalisation / Pro Forma forecast CY22 NPATA of 12.5x – 14.0x
    Enterprise Value / Pro Forma forecast CY22 EBITA of 10.4x – 11.3x

    to

    Market capitalisation / Pro Forma forecast CY22 NPATA - 8.5x
    EV Pro Forma forecast CY22 EBITA - 7.9x
