I don't think the info on projects was related to SPP, it was released after the SPP offer closed.

I think you might be confusing 'products' and 'projects'. There are many projects but they are all related to the one product, i.e the Ventrassist. This is what the CEO was saying. No point in the company diversifying away from the Ventrassist LVAD at this point in time. They have a huge market awaiting them and are doing everything they can to become the market leader or at least strongly competitive in the LVAD market.
