Termination - Peak Oil and Gas/Energy Best Agreements
Due to the non-fulfilment by Peak Oil and Gas Limited and Energy Best Limited ("the Companies") of their obligations to Venturoil Philippines Inc. ("Venturoil") under the Agreements, Figurado Energy Investment Holdings ("Figurado"), the SEC registered 100% shareholder of Venturoil, has terminated ALL such Agreements with the Companies effective 1 February 2015. Venturoil and Figuardo will now pursue and consider new investor opportunities.
