Hyundai are developing a Hydrogen transport ecosystem and are communicating it well. Their plan on a page is uncluttered, coherent, easy to grasp, and remember. Plans like this will spark the imagination and increase understanding of the strategic end-state; reaping rewards for any company in the Hydrogen system, including PH2. Recent CNN reporting on the future of Hydrogen by Angela Dewan sheds light on the potential size of the future market at $11 trillion by 2050. But, as she states, debate is building on the methods of producing Hydrogen and some will be discouraged if their environmental credentials don't stack up. For PH2, I think being an early starter and promoter of Hydrogen will help gain market share, but the company will need to develop an ecosystem concept and promote its carbon capture philosophy to win over the champions of green hydrogen and environmental critics. Like Hyundai's example, a simple plan on a page will help win the communication battle.
