What are you waffling on about.  Why are you deliberately misleading your sheep.
Energy Budget is a construct.   Even your own team in junk science make an attempt at using LAWS in Science in our ATMOSPHERE.

All you need to do is now recognise that Harvard uni apply Stefan Boltzmann laws in our atmosphere.
Knowing that,  you guys have absolutely NO ARGUMENT at all for real scientist to be applying this quaternary root adjustment.  It is not "torturing data"  because it is shown that your own guys are using the EXACT same LAWS when converting Power to Temperature!

Comparing temperature on Venus of 340 Kelvin at 1 Bar to that of Earth at 1 Bar is totally exceptable.  Actually it is just freaking common sense!
As you apply distance from the SUN and  SigmaT⁴ comparisons can be drawn.

Here is your own team using science that you guys are arguing I should not be using.  Get your sheet together fellas.  You are crumbling.
