It was actually covered in their announcements in March 2019. Frankly I don't know anything about Vanadium except that it is used to harden the steel and in vanadium redox flow battery.
I need to really dig deep over the next few days and get my head around this as it looks like its being overlooked by the market (I had no idea about it).
