Ok thanks, on your previous declaration you stated you held shares in VNS which clearly was incorrect.
Since VNS is a completely unrelated public listed entity to UMC, for what reason do you believe that VNS will "fall over" if the BHP/UMC deal "falls over".
And yes, you are quite correct in your assumption, it seems to me as you stated yourself (and I quote you), it "sounds simplistic" for that to happen.
Therefore you must have some information basis for making such a signficant and serious claim about you believing and claiming to suggest that VNS will "fall over" - can you please elucidate on your claim.
