    KingRichard, you have made a very serious claim regarding the financial affairs of a public listed company. Rather than to duck my question in the last post I restate my question of your claim below, I would appreciate you please responding on this matter:

    Your claim is that VNS will "fall over" (your quote) in the event that a deal between BHP and UMC "falls over" (your quote).

    Do you have any proof or material information about this matter that supports your claim. Can you please explain.
