The liquidator did tell me a report was likely in january but, having seen Malone miss every milestone he touted, I'm used to nothing going to schedule with this mob.
I can't see any statutory/regulatory requirements as to time within which liquidator must file report either. I guess the international nature of ark "assets" might slow the liquidation process down to some extent but i agree it's getting a beyond a joke!
