Well , well , well , wouldn't you know it , 50 mill to the good old boys at BBY & 20 mill to the long suffering shareholders that underwrote the mill at 35 cents , if you vote for a massive dillution of 200 per cent , well what can I say & you'll won't know who got the 50 mill cause they won't need to declare it .Sad thing is the shareholders may not even get the $5000 worth , & the BBY takers won't even have to buy shares on market to qualify , the'll just get them handed to them at 12 cents & they won't be restricted by pro rata allocation like shareholders
