even if they only get $1000 each compensation thats $50 mill dollars
above that its gets bad....
averaging $10,000 per claim would be devasting $500 mill payout
and so it goes on ...
not a time to be giving away cash reserves till all this is settled....
they are a little too overconfident at management level after this run of good luck since the company was saved from oblivion.....
lets face it..if you were being sued ..would you deplete your cash reserves....and the case wher one says get rid of it and the can't get doesn't fly as the courts would claw it back from those who received it.....
they ,management ,are being a little hasty at this juncture and should sit back and rethink it all....
