The Article was on Good Morning Australia(i know i know).A solicitor was crowing how he had beaten the system regards Speeding Fines by asking the RTA to prove that the photos could not be tampered with.Evidently the RTA was going to provide an expert to verify the technology but when it came to the court case they did not produce him and the RTA lost the case.Not sure which state it was in.
Your info about the intricacies of speeding photos was really an eye-opener.I dont know how the whole thing ties up.Probably more to the case than the one minute blurb i saw.
Did anyone else see it.
