    This has been on the go for a while from what I hear internally at VeriFone.

    Keycorp is a dog, there is nothing of substance to buy at the moment apart from a mis-managed company. There are similar companies in every market, Thyron in the UK is the same.

    VeriFone would be much better off buying Thales (much needed access to the French market where Ingenico dominates) or even Hypercom which is a complete basket case.
