1) Release results from BV Feasibility work - and make a decision to mine

2) Rename company to say... Richmond Iron or Richmond Metals and focus all energies and resources on developing BV. Source funds from say a Chinese off-taker who will take a position in the company

3) Spin-out the Australian stuff into a separate vehicle (preferably with a further capital raising prioritising current shareholders in placement). Shouldn't have any trouble under-writing such a raising, even in current climate, you just have to mention the words "DeGrussa-like" and the money will follow. Add an attatching option with each share and this could turn out to be a nice little money spinner
