they will have to re-hash this report soon enough for the next Cap raising to try and find interested parties. the less interest the lower the CR will have to be to get interest. the lower it goes the more difficult it is to get higher again.
I think a CR is very soon (before July going by average cash burn per 1/4) so I see a sub 10c raising. the SP wont climb much higer than were it is now because of this CR.
would have to be one hell of a deal made soon to bypass it.
