YBR stating they are charging only $60k for accounting BUT TZ is stating that they are paying YBR many times that amount? Is TZ money really going to YBR or elsewhere? YBR accounts suggest 'elsewhere', and they should know as they did the accounts for both companies! The auditors, didn't pick up on this. The right thing to do is to fire his own company YBR.
