May 24, 2011 Termination of Verte Mandate - Minemakers Limited (ASX and TSX: MAK, NSX:MMS) advises that Minemakers and Verte Group Ltd have agreed to an early termination of the agreement between the two companies concerning facilitation of pre-EPC and EPC Asian Investment in Minemakers to fund the development of the Wonarah phosphate deposit. It is unfortunate that Verte's significant achievements and at its own expense in facilitating Letters of Intent of investment of World leading Asian fertiliser company and large scale Asian engineering, procurement and construction companies for Minemakers Wonarah Phosphate project could not meet expectations of the MAK board.

We do however would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation and thanks to all the cooperation team members' support and efforts that were made in achieving objectives set out in the mandate. We wish Minemakers all the best in their future endeavours.
