Seems like the North America subsidiary has been doing quite well, however, I guess Lumacom couldn't afford that part of the business. Before I vote for this acquisition I would think LUM is going to have to call an EGM and they are going to need to give far more details, eg
    * See some of the financials of the company
    * How many other Vertigo subsidiaries are there. I can find Toronto/North America and Hong Kong/Europe.
    * What problems have the Vertigo Hong Kong board/shareholders had and have these been finalised
    * What employment contracts are the new guys going to sign. eg Longevity, salary rate, etc
    * What debts does Vertigo Asia currently have and why?
I feel LUmacom have got no choice but to acquire a company like Vertigo, because they can't afford anything much better. I'm curious why the Vertigo guys are selling their business. Too many unanswered questions at this stage for me to wish to buy more shares in a SPP or placement
