i think that the exercise price suggests a lack of confidence, which is evident in their current actions. While there has been so many putting a positive glow on this company for 10 months, about how they keep coming up spades, the reality is the core basics that need to be completed are 'still in progress or progressing'. the JV should have been here ,months ago. Remember the discussions in JAN/FEB about how all the grants had been given and they were building up a stake...then the half baked trial successful announcement....and all downhill from there. They havent announced anything concrete since, and hence the shareprice.
