Hello Zinc & Gents,

Firstly, you must also be aware that I'm not trying to downramp this pup either as on many occasions prior to this report I have called this one of my best spec buys based on cash on hand vs market cap etc.

However, after reading the Half Yearly I would NOT touch it for the following reasons-

* WITHOUT the recognition of previously deferred revenues, the company actually made a LOSS of $1.467million

* Has ongoing issues with ACCC and TIO complaints which will cost it further $$$.

* Has net LIABILITIES of $8mil

This is just my opinions BUT after reading the report I am no longer looking at them as a good spec buy.
