$1.14 seems very high. Its global comparator, Independent Television, ITV, in the UK would be valued 4x as much at about 720p as opposed to 188p if NEC was worth $1.14.
The only thing that would sustain such a high SP would be if FXJ was about to takeover NEC and I cannot see that happening.
