No it does not have legs. I have said it before .Management is on the nose as they surprised the market with a capital raisings twice when it was not expected. Now they are not meeting their targets and the market hates this. Yes I think NEA is now over sold but management cannot be trusted and they fail to demonstrate that this business can actually turn a profit and instead hide behind expanding geography and introducing new technology that they claim will exponentially grow their business. Growing a business and turning a profit are two different things. Just start turning a bloody profit before any new tech. or expansion. There are too many companies like this listed on the market that have the luxury of continually tapping the market for capital. They would not survive if they were a private company.

It's a growth, tech stock and so the price is very heavily driven by sentiment. The market is jittery, NEA has a history of surprise CR to fund growth and the patent case adds uncertainty... It's not broken, this is just a buying opportunity.
