Absolutely correct. If there is any upside on this call the chart does not justify it, it's just luck.
I'm for NEA and it's long term potential but Periculum raises an important point. Individuals who don't overly know too much about stocks need to beware of charts and potential breakouts that people highlight as being certainties - you could get severly burned. I had a friend who preached to me about charts for 2 years as they related to a particluar unrelated stock and they ended up selling for a loss of 75k.
