Finally, people are starting to wake up.

In times of refinancing it would probably be smart to look at LVR but also LVR on individual loans, not just accross the board.

    This is short term focus

LVR has dropped due to their recent deal. So this is good.

    Longer term

Underlying earnings were negatve 36 million with a 1 off apparently due to 26 in million restructuring costs.

These guys are leaking money at the moment.
This is evidence for No dividends for a very long time.

    Not good

They did announce to cut some costs this coming financial year of up to 50 - 60 million so lets hope they are successful. Maybe positive earnings next year (disregarding writedowns or writeups). Don't be fooled thinking that this will become dividends though as i think VPG will probably be throwing all their money at debt as much as possible and strengthening themselves.

As i have stated in my other post i know very little about vpg coupled with the fact i am a newbie. Just reading alot of people spruiking about NTA. If your worried about this figure then your investing in the wrong company.

I would love some feedback to correct any of positive and negatives.

    Good luck to everyone
