Its all about the interest rates in the U.S. If... if they go up substantially, CPU will make a lot of money on the cash they manage in the U.S.
If the rates don't go up, then.... I think whilst its an impressive rally, $13 is probably as high as it can go.
At least that is when I will selling some.
Market move higher is based on expectations, a dangerous thing in todays world.
