Perhaps it needs a reason beyond the fact that the global indices are showing historic strength and look at heady heights in the English speaking world (US, England, Eire, Canada, New Zealand and now Australia).
We will have to look to buying opportunities in Africa next if this keeps up or the debt-ridden Continental Europe. Perhaps the Nikkei, the way that the JPY is going?
Good for CPU, bit without substance tho.
