Very Cheap Shell

So let me see if I have this right:

- If the 45m shares get issued at 2.5c then the Company is valued at $2.5m with $2.1m cash.

- Even if the placement doesn't go through the market cap is $1.7m with $1m in cash.

I can see the fleas all over this mutt but it is a very cheap shell so decided to take a small position and see how it plays out.

And THE Mathew Walker has recently taken a decent stake here at 2c?

Getting in cheaper than MW is not usually possible so I'll take it when I can get it.
