I've been out of the loop for a while, but as a past holder of NEU, based on technicals and potential alone, I'd say the bottom is very close, if not here already imo. If I had some spare cash to throw around and if it wasn't going to be affected by a (generally) irrational market, I'd be on board for sure, been watching for a few weeks
