they won't be buying at those levels 328/329 they're on the other side of the fence just trying to push their retail client base into bidding up so they can dump away and much later buy when the SP tanks after the legislation does not get passed.
It's a punt on the Libs getting back in power,then they'll load up on the mining stocks as well when the RSPT is dumped too.
